退款政策

1. We offer a 7-day no-reason return and exchange service for eligible products from the date of delivery. The customer shall bear the return shipping fee, and there is no return handling fee for qualified returns.
2. Once we receive your returned goods and confirm they meet the return criteria, we will process the refund to the payment account you used at the time of purchase. For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or other feasible methods. The refund processing time is 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
3. We reserve the right to reject return packages that have exceeded the 7-day return period, refuse to process refunds for products that do not meet the return requirements, or reject returns for items that are damaged, used, or in a condition different from when they were delivered.
4. Customized hair products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances. Spot hair products can only be returned if they are unused, unopened, and kept in their original packaging and condition.
5. Shipping Service Scope
We currently only provide shipping services within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Standard delivery time is 2-5 business days for Dubai and 3-7 business days for other emirates in the UAE. For shipping requests to countries or regions outside the UAE, please contact our customer service team at daitty2006@163.com in advance. We will discuss delivery feasibility, shipping costs, customs clearance procedures, and other relevant details on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to refuse international shipping requests to regions with uncertain delivery conditions, excessive logistics risks, or restricted import policies for hair products.
